I did something to my back yesterday and can barely walk, so I won't have class today.
Fortuntely the video I planned to show is available online through the Library and embedded here:
You will be prompted for your last name and SID from home, but should be able to access it directly at SSC.

Both videos are also available in the Library for checkout in DVD and VHS.
