Loan Agreement

South Seattle Community College Artist Loan Agreement

Shipping:
- Please understand that the SSCC Art Gallery is unable to fund shipping costs for works shown in the Gallery. That means that you are responsible for your shipping costs and arrangements both to and from the Gallery. The SSCC Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during shipment. Please package up your artwork very safely and consider buying insurance if you are concerned. The artwork(s) will be returned and packed by experienced employees in the same or similar materials unless otherwise specified and provided by the Lender.

- Ship only via UPS or FedEx

  • Be sure to include a pre-paid return shipping label so that you can get your work back after the show is over. It is important that your shipper is aware that the return shipping label must include a call tag and/or shipping barcode. This is because your package will be picked up by a UPS/Fed Ex employee from the SSCC Art Gallery rather than being delivered to a UPS/Fed Ex store. Yes, this sounds like a lot of strange information for me to be giving you, but just inform your shipper know so that we can ensure smooth and time efficient travel for your package!
