The object(s) shall be insured for any loss or damage incurred while at South Seattle Community College from the time of arrival to the SSCC Art Gallery to the time of return shipment. Exclusions from coverage include wear and tear, gradual deterioration, insects, vermin or inherent vice, restoration processes, hostile or warlike action, or confiscation by order of any government. In the case of loss
or damage a fair current market value will be decided upon by the SSCC Art Gallery and by the Lender of the artworks(s). Please provide an accurate value of your loaned artworks(s) on the above worksheet.
